CMS publishing for AI search, in each system's native format

Proofsource connects to more than fifteen content systems so AI visibility fixes land where your content already lives: Contentful, Sanity, Storyblok, Strapi, Webflow, Wix, Framer, Ghost, Hashnode, HubSpot, Notion, Shopify, Drupal, GitBook, Zendesk and Intercom. Each connector writes in that system's own format, from Portable Text to rich text entries, so your templates keep working.

The Publish tab lists every CMS and site builder Proofsource can write to, with live connection state.

What is a CMS integration for AI search?

An AI visibility fix is a change that helps AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and other AI engines describe and recommend your brand: a comparison page, an FAQ that answers a buyer question in plain words, a corrected fact, a clearer product page. Finding the fix is half the work. The other half is getting it live on your site, in the right template, with the right author, without breaking anything.

Most teams lose weeks in that second half. A strategist writes the fix in a doc, a content editor pastes it into the CMS, formatting breaks, and the page ships late or never. Publishing fixes to a CMS means the tool that found the gap also writes the page into your content system directly, in that system's own format.

Proofsource does this through native connectors. It detects which site builder your brand uses, writes the approved fix as a native page, post or entry, and keeps the record so the fix can be measured against the next AI answers. Proofsource then checks whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and other AI engines start mentioning or citing you for the questions the fix targets.

How it works

Native connectors for 15+ CMSs, site builders and help centers, each writing AI visibility fixes in that system's own format.

  1. Connect your CMS

Pick your CMS on the Integrations page and sign in. Proofsource detects your site builder and asks only the follow-up it needs, such as a collection or a post owner.

  2. Approve a fix

Each fix shows the buyer questions it targets, the draft text and where it will land. You edit or approve it.

  3. Proofsource publishes it

The fix is written in your CMS's own format: a WordPress page, a Webflow collection item, a Sanity document, a Contentful entry, a HubSpot page or a help-center article.

  4. Measure the effect

The publish date is recorded, so later AI answers show whether the fix changed mentions and citations for its buyer questions.

Publish connector cards

WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Framer, Ghost, HubSpot, Wix, Sanity, Contentful, Notion, Hashnode and more, each with its own connect card, in one ordered list. Proofsource detects your site builder and hosting provider, so it suggests the right connector first.

Direct publishing to your CMS

Proofsource updates Webflow, Wix, WordPress, Ghost, Hashnode, Sanity, Contentful, Storyblok, Strapi, Shopify, HubSpot, Framer, Drupal, GitBook and Notion directly. After one-click connect, a short form picks the site, collection or blog the fix goes into, and sites that accept a posted page publish through one shared route.

Contentful

Connect a Contentful space from the catalog. A fix is published as a Contentful entry with rich text.Contentful integration →

Sanity

Connect a Sanity project from the catalog. A fix is published to Sanity as Portable Text, so it renders in your own components.Sanity integration →

Framer

Connect a Framer site from the catalog and Proofsource publishes a fix to it through a publish channel.Framer integration →

Ghost

Connect a Ghost publication from the catalog. A fix is published to Ghost as a post through Ghost's admin interface.Ghost integration →

Hashnode

Connect a Hashnode blog from the catalog. A fix is published to Hashnode as Markdown.Hashnode integration →

HubSpot CMS

Connect HubSpot CMS from the catalog. Proofsource creates HubSpot site pages for a fix and can schedule them.HubSpot CMS integration →

Wix

Connect a Wix site from the catalog and install the Proofsource Wix app, which listens to the app's events so the link stays current. A fix is written as a Wix blog draft and post.Wix integration →

Notion publish

A fix page is written into a Notion database, for teams whose site or docs run on Notion.Notion integration →

Help-center connectors

Zendesk, Intercom, Drupal, Strapi, Storyblok and GitBook publish cards, grouped in the catalog. Fix articles are published to your help center, where AI engines often read product answers.

Who it is for

Head of content

Ship answer-ready pages weekly

Approve comparison pages and FAQs in Proofsource and see them live in WordPress or Webflow the same day, without a ticket to the web team.

Marketing ops lead

Keep the CMS the source of truth

Fixes land as native entries in Sanity, Contentful or HubSpot, so your templates, previews and approvals keep working.

Support lead

Answer buyer questions in the help center

Publish fix articles to Zendesk or Intercom, where AI engines often read product and pricing answers.

Agency strategist

Publish across many client stacks

One workflow covers clients on WordPress, Wix, Framer and Shopify, so the team does not learn a new process per client.

Why it matters

Fixes go live, not into a backlog

The step where most AI visibility work stalls, getting the page published, becomes one click after approval.

A person approves every publish

Proofsource drafts and writes; your team decides what goes live, and WordPress pages can be rolled back.

Native format, every time

Each CMS gets its own structure, so pages look like the rest of your site and stay editable by your team.

Published fixes are measured

Every publish is dated, so later answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and other AI engines show whether it worked.

Questions about CMS publishing for AI search

Which CMSs can Proofsource publish to?

Proofsource has publish connectors for WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, Framer, Ghost, Hashnode, HubSpot, Sanity, Contentful, Storyblok, Strapi, Drupal, GitBook and Notion, plus Zendesk and Intercom help centers. Sites that accept a posted page can use a shared route.

Does anything go live without my approval?

No. Proofsource drafts the fix and writes it to your CMS when a person approves it. You can edit the draft first or hand it to your team instead.

Will the page match my site's design?

Yes. Each fix is written in the CMS's own format, such as a Webflow collection item, a Sanity Portable Text document or a Contentful rich text entry, so your own templates render it.

Can I undo a published fix?

WordPress fix pages can be rolled back from Proofsource. In other systems the entry stays editable by your team like any other page.

How does this help with ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and other AI engines?

These engines answer from pages they can find and trust. A published fix gives them a clear answer to a buyer question on your own site, and Proofsource checks the next answers to see whether you are now mentioned or cited.

What if my site is built in code, not a CMS?

Then Proofsource opens a pull request on your repository instead, and never pushes to your main branch. See the pull request page linked below.

How is this different from Profound or AthenaHQ?

Both connect to content systems and both create content. Proofsource adds help-center publishing, native formats for each CMS, and a dated publish record so every fix is measured against later AI answers.

Do I need a developer to connect?

No. You click Connect and sign in. For Webflow, Wix and HubSpot a short follow-up form asks which site, collection or blog to use; Proofsource handles the rest.
