Pages AI crawlers can read served from your own edge
Some pages look fine to people but reach AI crawlers empty, because the content loads with JavaScript or a firewall blocks the bot. Edge pages fix this without touching your code: Proofsource serves the AI crawlers a finished, readable copy of that exact page from your CDN, checks it matches what browsers show, and keeps history and undo. For marketing sites on Cloudflare and similar hosts.

Serving AI-readable pages at the edge, explained
AI crawlers such as GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot read pages to build and ground AI answers. Many of them do not run JavaScript the way a browser does. A product page built in a client-side framework can reach them as a near-empty shell, and a bot-protection rule can block them outright. If the crawler cannot read the page, the engine cannot cite it.
The edge is the CDN layer between visitors and your server. Serving at the edge means the CDN recognizes a known AI crawler and hands it a pre-rendered, complete copy of the page, while people keep getting your normal site. Done carefully, nothing changes for humans or for search engine crawlers, and the copy matches what people see, so it is not cloaking.
Proofsource does this one page at a time, on a route that matches exactly that page and never your whole site, and it never replaces a worker or rule you already run. You see the finished page before you say Yes, the AI crawlers it will be served to, and every step afterward. A parity check keeps comparing the served copy with what a browser shows today and switches the fix off if they drift. A probe confirms the edge is serving exactly the stored copy.
How it works
Serve AI crawlers a finished, readable version of a page from your CDN, checked against what people see, with preview, history and undo.
Find unreadable pages
Proofsource reads your key pages as AI crawlers do and flags pages that arrive empty or blocked.
Preview the finished page
See exactly what AI crawlers would get, and which crawlers, before anything changes.
Say Yes
Proofsource adds a route for that exact page on your CDN and, where needed, an allow rule for verified AI crawlers.
Read it back
A probe confirms the edge serves the stored copy, and the parity check compares it with what people see.
Keep history and undo
Every step is logged. Undo removes the route and copy in one click.

Questions about edge serving for AI crawlers
Is this cloaking?
No. The served copy is the same content people see, rendered so crawlers can read it. The parity check keeps comparing them and switches the fix off if they drift.
Which AI crawlers get the page?
Known AI crawlers that fetch pages without running JavaScript, such as GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot. Search engine crawlers, which render JavaScript, are left alone. The fix card lists every crawler it will serve, with its company.
Does it change my site for people or Google Search?
No. People and regular search crawlers keep getting your normal page.
Which hosts are supported?
Cloudflare is supported. Fastly and CloudFront are supported where enabled for your workspace, and Vercel connections can add the AI crawler allow rule. Other detected hosts get a clear note that a page fix is not available there yet.
Will it overwrite my own Cloudflare Worker?
No. Proofsource never replaces a Worker you already run on that route, and its route matches only the exact page it fixes.
Can I undo it?
Yes. Every step is in the page's history, and Undo removes the route and the stored copy.
Does this help ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews and other engines (up to 10 in all) cite me?
It removes a common reason they cannot: a page they cannot read. Proofsource then re-checks the answers to see whether citations follow.
