Exporting AI visibility data, explained
AI visibility data is the record of how AI answer engines respond to buyer questions: the full answers, whether your brand was named, where, next to which competitors, and which pages were cited. Exporting it means getting that record out of the tool that collected it, in a format other tools can read.
Exports matter because AI search rarely lives alone. Teams want it in the same spreadsheet as search rankings, in the board deck next to pipeline, or in a warehouse joined with web analytics. Good exports keep the raw evidence, the answers themselves, not only the summary percentages, so anyone can check the numbers.

Questions about export AI visibility data
Can I export AI visibility data to CSV?
Yes. Any table exports as CSV, including every sampled answer and every cited page in the selected range. Prompts and engine searches also export as JSON.
Can I export the full AI answers, not just the percentages?
Yes. Export the sampled answers from the AI Visibility report and you get one row per answer from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and other AI engines.
Can I download charts for a presentation?
Yes. Charts download as PNG images.
How many rows can one export hold?
An answers file holds up to 20,000 rows. If a range holds more, the app tells you it exported the first 20,000, so a file never quietly holds less than promised.
Can I save my filters for next time?
Yes. Save the current filters as a named view and reload it later; rename or delete views as your reporting changes.
Can I get the data into Google Sheets or Looker Studio?
CSV files open directly in Google Sheets. For a live feed, use the Tableau OData feed or the REST API; the Looker Studio connector is in early access.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
Yes. Answers, citations and prompts export from the same screens at any time, including on your way out.
Do exports cost credits?
No. Exporting reads data you already have and starts no new scan.
