Workspace settings and navigation that stay out of your way

Proofsource keeps every setting in one full-screen Settings area with a grouped sidebar and deep links, and makes the rest of the app quick to move around: a sidebar with counts of what waits on you, a command palette, a notification bell and live updates in every open tab. Set your profile, theme, language, digests, API keys and AI app connections once.

Workspace settings in an AI visibility tool, explained

Workspace settings are where a team decides how a tool fits its day: who gets which emails, how the app looks, which systems it connects to and how people find their way. In AI visibility work this matters because the useful moments are scattered: a new competitor appears, a fix waits for approval, a digest lands. A tool that hides these behind menus gets checked less.

Proofsource puts every setting in one full-screen Settings area with grouped sections, a breadcrumb and links straight to a section, and opens Brand settings and Integrations from the same sidebar. Newer features sit in a clearly labeled Beta group.

Day to day, the left sidebar shows counts of fixes and integrations waiting on you, a command palette jumps to any screen or action by keyboard, and the notification bell collects events with an option to send them to Slack. When something changes on the server, open tabs refresh just that data.

How it works

One full-screen Settings with profile, appearance, notifications, API keys and AI app connections, plus a sidebar, command palette and notification bell.

  1. Open Settings

From the account menu or the sidebar. Sections are grouped, with Back to workspace always visible.

  2. Set profile and appearance

Name, avatar and primary domain; light, dark or system theme; app language.

  3. Choose notifications

Pick your daily digest per brand, channels like Slack, and brand alert rules.

  4. Connect tools

Create API keys, add webhooks and connect ChatGPT, Claude or your own agent over MCP.

  5. Move fast

Use the command palette, sidebar counts and notification bell to get where work waits.

See it in the product

Screens from the Proofsource app, drawn with sample data for an example brand.

The command palette finds any screen or action you can see.

Every capability, live today

18 shipped capabilities behind workspace settings, each in the product now.

Settings shell and links

Full-screen settings with a grouped sidebar, Back to workspace, a breadcrumb and a shareable address for every section. Older plan and settings addresses still open the right section.

Profile

Edit name, avatar and primary domain, upload or remove a picture, with an initials fallback; your email is shown read-only.

Appearance

Choose light, dark or system theme and the app language; system follows your computer live.

Notifications

A per-person daily digest per brand, channel choices and brand alert settings.

Notification bell

An in-app feed of events, with a Slack channel setting.

API keys and developers

Create, list and revoke keys for the public API, with webhooks, the API reference and the rate limit on one Developers page.

Connect AI apps

Set up MCP so ChatGPT, Claude or your own AI agent can read Proofsource.

Account menu

Avatar menu with workspaces, settings, language, theme and sign out.

Sidebar navigation

A left menu of every screen, with icons and rows that fit your role. New sign-ups get a two-tab Work and Insights sidebar, with a switch back to the classic menu.

Tabs, breadcrumbs and links

Tab bars under pages, tabbed navigation inside the pages inventory, and breadcrumbs that name the brand and page. Links to content open in a new tab so your view stays put.

Command palette

Keyboard search that jumps to any visible screen or action.

Waiting counts and AI traffic rows

A sidebar count of fixes waiting for your OK, a badge counting integrations a fix is waiting on, and AI traffic screens that appear once Cloudflare logs are connected.

Live updates in open tabs

Open tabs refresh only the data the server says changed, and pages that depend on a feature wait or offer a retry while it loads instead of sending you elsewhere.

Dismissed stays dismissed

Notices you close for a brand stay closed.

Autopilot settings

Choose how deep autopilot goes, its monthly budget, and whether it ships fixes itself or waits for your approval.

Brand kit

Keep brand colors and a logo kit for each brand; your brand colors drive logos and tiles.

Logos everywhere

Brand marks, engine logos and a logo beside every named company, with a rotating AI engine icon on loading and brand lines.

Favorites and folders

Pin your favorites and organize items into folders.

Who it is for

Marketing manager

A digest instead of a dashboard habit

Pick a daily digest per brand and get pulled in when something changes.

Developer

Keys and webhooks in one place

Create API keys, set webhooks and read the reference without leaving Settings.

AI-first team

Ask Proofsource from ChatGPT or Claude

Connect over MCP and query visibility, competitors and fixes from the assistant you already use.

Power user

Keyboard first

The command palette jumps to any screen or action in a few keystrokes.

Why it matters

One place for settings

No hunting through menus; every section has a link.

Work finds you

Counts, a bell and digests surface what waits on you.

Always current

Open tabs refresh what changed, without a reload.

Comfortable to use

Light or dark, your language, and logos that make lists easy to scan.

Questions about workspace settings

Can I use Proofsource in dark mode?

Yes. Choose Light, Dark or System in Appearance. System follows your computer live.

Can each person choose their own emails?

Yes. Notifications are per person: a daily digest per brand, channel choices such as Slack, and brand alert settings.

How do I connect Proofsource to ChatGPT or Claude?

Open Settings, Connect AI apps, and follow the MCP steps. ChatGPT, Claude or your own agent can then read your Proofsource data.

Where do I create API keys?

Settings, Developers. API keys, webhooks, the API reference and the rate limit are on one page.

Is there a keyboard shortcut to find things?

Yes. The command palette searches every screen and action you can see.

What does a Coming soon tag on a menu row mean?

That screen is on its way. It opens a labeled sample so you can see what is coming. To use it early, join early access and we turn it on for your workspace.

Do I need to refresh to see new data?

No. Open tabs refresh just the data that changed on the server.

Which AI engines does Proofsource track?

Proofsource tracks up to 10 AI engines, depending on your plan: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI. The free scan and free trial run four of them: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews.
