Passwordless sign-in, with nothing to leak
Proofsource never asks for a password. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your work email, or with Google, and sensitive actions ask for a fresh code first. A new-device email lets you sign that device out in one click. It is how every Proofsource surface signs in, for marketers, admins, agency clients and partners.
No password needed. We send a one-time code to your inbox.

Passwordless email code sign-in, explained
Passwordless sign-in replaces the password with proof that you control something else, most often your email inbox. You type your email, receive a short one-time code, and enter it. There is nothing to remember, nothing to reuse across sites and nothing for an attacker to phish or find in a breach dump.
Proofsource uses email codes, with Google sign-in as an option, for every person who uses the product: brand teams, agency staff, client logins and partners. Sessions refresh quietly while you work. When you do something sensitive, such as changing billing or security settings, Proofsource asks for a fresh code, a pattern called step-up verification.
If you sign in from a new device, you get an email. If it was not you, one click on Not me signs that device out. Signing out clears browser storage and caches, so a shared computer keeps nothing behind.
How it works
Sign in to Proofsource with a code sent to your work email or with Google. No passwords to set, reuse or leak.
Enter your work email
Type your work email on the sign-in page, or choose Continue with Google.
Get a code
A one-time code arrives in your inbox. Enter it and you are in.
Land in the right place
Sign-in remembers what you were doing, such as a link you pasted on our site, and takes you to the next step. You are only ever sent to pages on Proofsource.
Confirm sensitive actions
Before a sensitive change, Proofsource asks for a fresh code.
Watch for new devices
A new-device email arrives after sign-in from a new device, with a Not me link.
See it in the product

Your account was just signed in on a new device. Not you? Click Not me and we will sign that device out.
Every capability, live today

Email-code sign-in
Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. There are no passwords to set, reuse or leak, and your session refreshes quietly.
Sign-in page and Google
Email-code and Google sign-in, including on an agency's own address, with Brand, Agency and Partner tabs that work by keyboard, a plain message for non-work emails and a dated look inside the dashboard.
Step-up verification
Asks for a fresh code before a sensitive action, and checks that code before the action goes through.
Not me sign-out
Sign a device out from the link in a new-device email.
Sign out anywhere
Signing out works on every surface, even when the session already ended, and clears browser storage and caches.
Sign-in that knows where you were going
A link you followed, including the one-time link in a plan email that takes you straight to checkout, carries through sign-in so the next step is named. Returning people and agency sign-ins land in the right place for their role, and you are only ever sent to pages on Proofsource.

Questions about passwordless sign-in
Does Proofsource use passwords?
No. Proofsource has no passwords on any surface. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google.
Can a sign-in code be reused?
No. Each code works once. If you lose it, ask for a new one from the sign-in page.
What is step-up verification?
Before a sensitive action, such as changing security or billing settings, Proofsource asks for a fresh code even though you are signed in.
What happens if someone signs in from a new device?
You get a new-device email. If it was not you, click Not me and that device is signed out.
Can I use a personal email address?
Proofsource is for businesses, so sign-up needs a work email. Non-work addresses see a plain message explaining why.
Do you support single sign-on?
Yes. Owners and admins can set up SAML 2.0 or OIDC single sign-on, with SCIM provisioning.
Are passwordless codes secure?
Codes are single use and they go to an inbox you already protect. There is no password to reuse or leak in a breach.
