Technical fixes so AI can read, trust and find your pages
Proofsource fixes the technical reasons AI assistants skip your pages. It generates schema and llms.txt fixes, checks robots.txt, turns pages its reader cannot open into fixes with their own panel, makes empty pages AI-readable without touching your site, suggests internal links to each new page, and asks Google to re-inspect fixed pages. Built for SEO and web teams.

What is a technical AI search fix?
Technical AI search fixes are changes to how a site is built and served, not what it says, that decide whether AI assistants can read and trust a page. A page can have the perfect answer and still be invisible if a firewall blocks AI crawlers, the content only appears after JavaScript runs, structured data is missing or duplicated, or no other page on the site links to it.
The common technical fixes for generative engine optimization are structured data such as FAQ and Organization schema, an llms.txt file that points AI systems to your key pages, robots.txt rules that allow the right crawlers, server-readable content, and internal links that tell crawlers a new page matters. Each is small, but together they decide whether your content is even in the running.
Proofsource finds and ships these fixes as part of Fix it. It generates schema and llms.txt fixes and checks robots.txt, edits an existing FAQ or JSON-LD block rather than adding a second one, and lists any page its reader cannot open, with a 404 page removable instead of fixed. Where a page looks empty to AI, it can serve an AI-readable version without touching your site. After a fix goes live it proposes internal links and asks Google Search Console to re-inspect the page.
How it works
Schema, llms.txt and robots.txt fixes, pages AI cannot open, internal links to new pages, and Google re-inspection after a change.
Read your pages like AI does
Proofsource reads key pages, and any page it cannot open becomes a Fix it row with the reason, such as blocked by robots or a firewall.
Generate the markup
Schema and llms.txt fixes are generated, and existing FAQ or JSON-LD blocks are extended instead of duplicated.
Clear the way for reads
A per-brand allow header and firewall allow-listing let Proofsource reads through, and crawler rules on Cloudflare wait for your write consent.
Link to the new page
After a page goes live, Proofsource suggests 3 to 5 of your pages to link from, with one sentence each.
Tell Google
Proofsource asks Google how it sees the fixed page and resubmits your sitemap after the change goes live.

Every capability, live today
6 shipped capabilities behind technical AI search fixes, each in the product now.
Schema, llms.txt and robots.txt
Generates schema and llms.txt fixes and checks robots.txt.
Mechanical fixes that add, not stack
Technical uplift fixes you can list and start like any other fix. They add to a page's existing FAQ or JSON-LD block instead of stacking a second one.
Blocked and missing pages
Pages Proofsource cannot open appear as Fix it rows with their own panel, and a blocked page that answers 404 can be removed instead of fixed.
Edge pages with your OK
Make empty pages AI-readable without touching your site, with preview and undo any time. A crawler rule waits for your OK to write to Cloudflare, and resumes when you return.
Site access for page reads
A per-brand allow header and firewall allow-listing so Proofsource page reads get through. Pages it cannot read are recorded, and sign-in access can be set up on your behalf to reach them.
Internal links and Google re-inspection
After a page goes live, Proofsource proposes 3 to 5 of your own pages to link from, one sentence each, as its own step with a related pages card in Fix it. Then it asks Google how it sees the fixed page and resubmits the sitemap.
Who it is for
Clean structured data
Extend the FAQ block already on a page instead of shipping a duplicate that confuses parsers.
Let the right reads in
Allow-list Proofsource reads and approve crawler rules on Cloudflare without opening the site to everything.
Fix JavaScript-only pages fast
Make empty pages readable to AI crawlers today, with preview and undo, while the rebuild waits.
Give new pages a path in
Add the suggested links from your top pages so crawlers find the new comparison page quickly.
Why it matters
Your content gets read
Blocked and empty pages are found and fixed, so good answers are not invisible.
Markup done right
Existing schema is extended, not duplicated.
New pages get found
Internal links and a Google re-inspection follow every new page.
Reversible
Edge pages preview first and can be undone any time.

Questions about technical AI search fixes
What are technical AI search fixes?
Changes to how your site is built and served that decide whether AI assistants can read and trust a page: structured data, llms.txt, robots.txt rules, server-readable content, access for crawlers and internal links.
Does Proofsource write schema markup?
Yes. It generates schema fixes, and when a page already has an FAQ or JSON-LD block, it adds to that block instead of stacking a second one.
Does it create an llms.txt file?
Yes. Proofsource generates llms.txt fixes and checks your robots.txt as part of the same set of technical fixes.
What happens when Proofsource cannot open one of my pages?
The page appears as a Fix it row with the reason and its own panel. If the page answers 404, you can remove it instead of fixing it.
Can you fix JavaScript-only pages without a rebuild?
Yes. The edge pages option makes empty pages AI-readable without touching your site. You preview first and can undo any time. If a Cloudflare rule is needed, it waits for your write consent.
Do these fixes help every engine my plan covers?
They remove reasons those engines skip your pages. Proofsource then re-reads the engines' answers after the fix goes live to show whether anything changed.
What happens after a new page goes live?
Proofsource suggests 3 to 5 of your own pages to link from, with a sentence for each, asks Google Search Console how it sees the page, and resubmits your sitemap.
How is this different from Scrunch or Otterly.AI?
Scrunch serves AI agents a machine-readable site and Otterly.AI audits AI readiness, both strong at what they do. Proofsource ships the technical fixes inside the same fix loop as content, then adds internal links, tells Google, and verifies the effect on AI answers.
