How to join early access
Join early access
Once SharePoint opens, it appears in Integrations under Your knowledge and in a knowledge base's add source menu. We tell you the day it does.
When it opens, connect your work account
Choose Connect SharePoint and sign in with your Microsoft work account. You approve read-only access to the sites and files that account can already read.
Then pick a site or library
In a knowledge base, choose Add from SharePoint and select a site or a document library to import. Pages and files land as text in the folder you chose.
Meanwhile, upload your files
A knowledge base already takes uploaded files and websites today, so your facts can start working in fixes now. Disconnect SharePoint from its card whenever you like once it is open.

Can I connect SharePoint today?
Not yet. The card shows Coming soon and cannot be started, so nothing is read or stored today.
What will Proofsource read?
Proofsource can read site pages and document-library files from the sites you pick, limited to what the signing-in work account can already read. Access is read-only, so nothing in SharePoint is edited, moved or deleted.
Will Proofsource change or delete anything?
No. The connection is read-only, so Proofsource cannot edit, move or delete anything in SharePoint. It reads the items you pick and files a text copy in your knowledge base.
How does this help my AI visibility?
AI engines repeat what they can find and what you have clearly said. Bringing your real documents into a knowledge base lets Proofsource write fixes that state your facts accurately, check engines against them, and flag claims that do not match.
How do I disconnect it?
Open Integrations, find the SharePoint card and choose Disconnect. The stored sign-in is removed. Text already imported stays in your knowledge base until you delete those items.
What does Coming soon mean here?
It means SharePoint is on the way but not open to connect yet. Nothing is stored about your SharePoint account.
