How to join early access
Join early access
Ask for early access and we tell you when Google Drive opens. It then appears in Integrations under Your knowledge, and in a knowledge base's add source menu.
When it opens, connect Google
Choose Connect Google Drive and sign in with your Google account. Proofsource asks for access to files you pick, not to your whole Drive.
Pick the files
In a knowledge base, choose Add from Google Drive and use Google's own picker to select Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDFs or Word files.

Can I connect Google Drive today?
Not yet. Google Drive opens soon. When it does, it appears in Integrations under Your knowledge and in each knowledge base's add source menu.
What will Proofsource read?
Proofsource opens only the files you choose in Google's picker, and files it creates, such as a fix saved as a Google Doc. It reads Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDFs and Word files as text. It cannot browse the rest of your Drive.
Will Proofsource change or delete anything?
No. The connection is read-only, so Proofsource cannot edit, move or delete anything in Google Drive. It reads the items you pick and files a text copy in your knowledge base.
How does this help my AI visibility?
AI engines repeat what they can find and what you have clearly said. Bringing your real documents into a knowledge base lets Proofsource write fixes that state your facts accurately, check engines against them, and flag claims that do not match.
How do I disconnect it?
Open Integrations, find the Google Drive card and choose Disconnect. The stored sign-in is removed. Text already imported stays in your knowledge base until you delete those items.
What does Coming soon mean here?
It means Google Drive opens soon, starting with early access. Nothing is stored about your Google Drive account until you connect it.
