Proofsource and Granola: your meetings, turned into facts
Granola captures your meetings, and Proofsource will bring the notes you choose into a knowledge base. What your team decided, which product facts changed and how a customer described their problem then shape your fixes and accuracy checks. A knowledge base takes any notes you add by hand today.

Why we love Granola
In the makers' own words, from their own pages. Proofsource builds on it, never around it.
Notes without a bot in the room
Granola captures a meeting from your computer's audio and writes notes in the background, so it does not invite a bot into the call.
From granola.aiPrivate by default, shared by choice
Granola keeps notes private by default and lets you share them with meeting participants when you decide to, and it turns them into action lists and follow-up emails.
From granola.aiSerious about security
Granola says it holds SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, encrypts notes at rest and in transit, and does not store meeting audio, only transcripts and notes.
From granola.aiHow Proofsource uses Granola
Brings the meeting notes you choose into a knowledge base, so fixes and accuracy checks use what your team really said.
- Know
Start from your own notes
Granola keeps the notes from your product reviews, customer chats and planning sessions. Proofsource will read the meetings you choose, read-only.
- Act
Turn decisions into facts
Pricing details, product facts and decisions from those notes join your knowledge base, so fixes and accuracy checks use what your team agreed.
- Ship
Write from what the team knows
Drafts and corrections use the same wording your team uses, so a page about Driffle stays true to the product.
- Prove
Check the engines match
Proofsource asks the same buyer questions again and shows whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini now repeat those facts.
How to join early access
Join early access
Granola cannot be connected yet, so there is no sign-in to start. Open the card in Integrations, under Your knowledge, to see what is planned.
Use a knowledge base meanwhile
Add the facts and quotes you want Proofsource to know as items in a knowledge base. They are used for fixes and checks straight away.
When it opens, connect Granola
Granola moves from Coming soon to a connectable card under Your knowledge. You sign in, choose the meetings to share, and the notes arrive read-only.

Can I connect Granola today?
No. Granola is listed as Coming soon, so there is nothing to sign in to yet.
What would Proofsource read from Granola?
If it opens, Proofsource would read the meeting notes you choose, read-only, to file them as text in a knowledge base. It would not record meetings, edit notes or share them with anyone.
What can I do in the meantime?
Add the facts, quotes and notes you want Proofsource to know as items in a knowledge base. They are searchable, used when Proofsource writes fixes, and used to check what engines say about you.
