On the Search and analytics tab, sign in with Microsoft. Proofsource reads your Bing data and can tell Bing when a fix goes live.
Pick the verified Bing site
Choose which verified site in Bing Webmaster Tools belongs to the selected brand. If the site is not verified yet, Proofsource can do it through a Cloudflare DNS record or a GitHub pull request.
Upload the AI Performance file
Download the AI Performance report from Bing Webmaster Tools and upload it on the Bing panel to add Copilot citations.

What does Proofsource read from Bing?
Your site's search clicks and impressions through a daily sync, and the Copilot citations in the AI Performance report you upload yourself. It cannot change your Bing settings or your site.
What does Proofsource send to Bing?
Only the address of a page when a fix goes live, so Bing can find it sooner. No other data about you or your customers is sent.
How do I connect Bing?
Open Integrations, then Search and analytics, and choose Connect Bing. Sign in with Microsoft, pick the verified Bing site for the brand, and optionally upload the AI Performance report.
How do I get Copilot citations?
Download the AI Performance report in Bing Webmaster Tools and upload it on the Bing panel. Proofsource reads the pages and queries in it and shows them with your other AI engines.
Can Proofsource verify my site for me?
Yes, if the site is not verified in Bing yet. Proofsource can add the DNS record through a Cloudflare connection or open a GitHub pull request, whichever you have connected.
How do I disconnect?
Choose Disconnect on the Bing panel. The daily sync stops and Proofsource no longer notifies Bing. You can also remove access from your Microsoft account. Past data stays unless you ask us to delete it.
