What is a shareable AI visibility report?
A shareable AI visibility report is a snapshot of how AI engines treated a brand at a point in time, sent to someone who will not log into the tool: a client, a CEO, a board. Two things matter: the numbers must not shift after you send them, and you need control over who can read them.
Proofsource freezes each report when you generate it, so the link always shows what you sent. Each link has its own expiry, optional password and open tracking, with search engines blocked. While a report builds, you can watch its progress; if it fails, you can check again. Every report, its status and its opens are listed in the history.
