Set up Strapi in 4 steps
Create a custom API token
In Strapi open Settings, API Tokens and create a custom token with create, find and delete on the collection.
Pick Strapi in Integrations
Choose the brand, then paste the Strapi address, the token, the collection's plural API ID, and which Strapi version you run.
Map your fields
Name the title, slug and body fields, and say whether the body is Markdown or HTML. Add the address where these pages live on your site.
Approve your first fix
Open a drafted fix, choose Strapi under Publish to, preview it and publish. Undo deletes only that entry.

What does Proofsource change in Strapi?
Only the collection you name, and only after you approve a fix. Proofsource creates and publishes one entry with the title, slug and body you mapped, then checks the page on your site. It does not change other collections, roles, plugins or settings.
How do I disconnect Strapi?
In Proofsource, open Integrations, pick Strapi and remove the connection. You can also revoke the API token under Settings, API Tokens in Strapi, which cuts access at once. Entries already published stay unless you undo them first.
What does Preview mean for the Strapi integration?
It is open to Pro plans and above and fully publishes, with a Preview badge while we widen what it can publish. Every entry still needs your approval first, and each one can be undone.
