From Integrations in Proofsource, choose Shopify and ask for the app. Tell us your store address so we can let it in.
Install when your store is in
We tell you when your store can install from the Shopify App Store listing. Approve the install in Shopify admin; Shopify handles sign-in, so there is no password to create.

What does the Proofsource Shopify app do?
It shows your AI visibility inside Shopify admin: the overview, Products in AI, competitors, a list of fixes you can mark done, a shareable report and your plan. With its access it can also publish an approved fix as a blog article on your store.
What does Early access mean?
Store installs are open to the stores we let in ahead of the public Shopify App Store listing. A store that has not been let in yet sees a not available yet message when it tries to install.
What does the app change on my store?
Nothing on its own. It reads your products to show them in the app, and it only publishes a blog article after you approve a drafted fix. It does not edit your theme, prices or products.
What access does it ask for?
Read and write on products and store content, plus online store navigation and metaobjects. Reading products powers Products in AI, and write on content is what lets an approved fix go live as a blog article.
How is it billed?
Plans are billed through Shopify, so the charge appears on your Shopify invoice. Details are shown in the app's plan screen and on the Shopify listing.
How do I disconnect it?
Uninstall the app from Shopify admin. Shopify tells Proofsource at once, the link to your store is closed, and no further reads or publishes happen.
How does it help my AI visibility?
It shows which products ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and the other engines mention or skip, and gives you fixes to close the gaps. Re-checks then show whether they now name you. Up to 10 engines run depending on your plan.
