Proofsource and Shopee: your shop rating, in view
Shopee will let Proofsource read the shop rating built from your buyers' reviews, from your own shop. It then appears on the Reviews screen next to your public ratings, so a slipping score becomes a task rather than a surprise. Shopee is in early access: join and we turn it on for your workspace.

How to join early access
Join early access
Ask for Shopee from the Integrations directory, under Marketplaces. Once we turn it on for your workspace, the Shopee card can connect.
Choose the brand, then connect
Pick the brand whose seller account you want to read and choose Connect with Shopee. Connections belong to a brand, not to the whole workspace.
Approve read-only access
Sign in to Shopee Seller Center and approve. You never handle a key or a password.
See it on Reviews
Your seller rating appears on Reviews from the next rating check. Disconnect from the same card whenever you like. Until it opens, your public ratings already show there.

Can I connect Shopee to Proofsource today?
Not on your own yet. Shopee is in early access, so we turn it on for your workspace on request. Nothing is stored about your account until you connect it.
What will Proofsource read from my Shopee account?
Proofsource will read the shop rating that buyers' reviews build for your own Shopee shop. It does not read orders, buyers or chats.
Will Proofsource change anything in my store?
No. The connection is read-only. Proofsource cannot edit listings, prices, orders or customer messages, and it only reads the rating when a rating check runs.
Why does a marketplace rating matter for AI visibility?
AI engines draw on review sites and marketplaces when buyers ask which brand to trust. A strong seller rating is a signal worth knowing about, and a weak one is a problem your team can fix before an engine repeats it. Proofsource shows the score next to the other places engines read about you.
What does early access mean?
We open the connection workspace by workspace. Until yours is on, there is no card to click, and your public ratings keep showing on Reviews.
How will I disconnect it once it opens?
Open Integrations, find the Shopee card for the brand and choose Disconnect. The stored connection is removed, and the rating stops updating on the Reviews screen.
