Proofsource and Amazon Seller Central: your rating, in the open

Amazon Seller Central lets Proofsource read the seller rating Amazon shows buyers for your own account, in each store you sell in. That score then sits next to Trustpilot, G2 and the other places AI engines read, so a lower marketplace rating becomes a visible fix. It is in early access, so we switch it on for each workspace that asks.

Why we love Amazon Seller Central

In the makers' own words, from their own pages. Proofsource builds on it, never around it.

Fulfillment handled for you

Fulfillment by Amazon lets sellers send stock to Amazon, which stores it, packs and ships orders, and handles customer questions and returns, so a small team can serve buyers at scale.

How Proofsource uses Amazon Seller Central

Reads your Amazon seller rating from your own Seller Central account in each store, so Proofsource sees the score buyers see.

  1. Connect

Link the brand's own seller account

One connection per brand. You sign in to Seller Central with the seller account and approve read-only access. Proofsource never writes to your store.

  2. Read

    Pull the rating buyers see

With every rating check your plan includes, Proofsource reads your seller rating in each Amazon store, so the number matches what shoppers see.

  3. Show

Put it beside the public review sites

The rating sits on the Reviews screen with the other places AI engines read about you, so a lower marketplace score is visible to your team.

  4. Prove

    Watch the answers move

When a rating climbs, Proofsource keeps asking the buyer questions that matter and shows whether engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini change how they describe you.

How to join early access

  1. Join early access

Ask for early access and we turn Amazon Seller Central on for your workspace. The card then shows in Integrations, under Marketplaces.

  2. Choose the brand, then connect

Pick the brand whose seller account you want to read and choose Connect with Amazon Seller Central. Connections belong to a brand, not to the whole workspace.

  3. Approve read-only access

Sign in to Seller Central and approve. Amazon returns a one-time code that Proofsource swaps for tokens it keeps encrypted.

  4. See it on Reviews

Your seller rating appears on Reviews from the next rating check. Disconnect from the same card whenever you like.

Questions about Proofsource and Amazon Seller Central

Can I connect Amazon Seller Central to Proofsource today?

It is in early access. Once it is switched on for your workspace, the card appears in Integrations. Nothing is stored about your account until you connect it.

What does Proofsource read from my Amazon Seller Central account?

Proofsource reads the seller rating shown for your own seller account in each Amazon store you sell in. It reads that one number per store and nothing about orders, buyers, inventory or payouts.

Will Proofsource change anything in my store?

No. The connection is read-only. Proofsource cannot edit listings, prices, orders or customer messages, and it only reads the rating when a rating check runs.

Why does a marketplace rating matter for AI visibility?

AI engines draw on review sites and marketplaces when buyers ask which brand to trust. A strong seller rating is a signal worth knowing about, and a weak one is a problem your team can fix before an engine repeats it. Proofsource shows the score next to the other places engines read about you.

How do I disconnect it?

Open Integrations, find the Amazon Seller Central card for the brand and choose Disconnect. The stored connection is removed, and the rating stops updating on the Reviews screen.

Which AI engines does Proofsource check?

Up to 10 depending on your plan: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI. The free scan and trial run four.
