What is a review connector for AI search?
When a buyer asks ChatGPT for the best dentist nearby, the best meeting notes app or a reliable seller of a product, the answer often leans on ratings and reviews: a Google rating, a G2 score, an App Store average, marketplace seller feedback. Review sites are among the sources AI engines cite most, and a brand with thin or outdated review data is easy to leave out.
To understand that part of an answer, you need your review data as the platforms see it: the rating, the count and the recent reviews. Public pages give a partial picture. The platforms' own owner accounts give the exact numbers.

Why connect my own accounts instead of reading public pages?
Owner accounts give exact ratings, review counts and recent reviews. Public pages are partial and can be out of date.
Do reviews affect what ChatGPT recommends?
Often, yes. AI engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews frequently cite review sites and ratings when they recommend brands. Proofsource shows your review data beside those answers.
How do I connect Trustpilot or G2?
