What can I export as CSV?

The Citations list, the data behind a chart or widget, and the AI traffic Logs tab. Each has its own download button on the screen.

Does exporting change anything in Proofsource?

No. An export only reads what you can already see and saves it as a file on your computer.

What access does it need?

None beyond being able to open the screen. There is no key, no sign-in to a third party and nothing to install.

How do I get fresh data later?

Download again, or switch to the live OData feed for Tableau, Power BI and Excel, which always reads the latest numbers.

Is it available on every plan?

Yes. It is built into the app and open to every workspace.

Will Excel read the file correctly?

Yes. The first row holds column names and the data follows the standard comma-separated layout, so Excel, Sheets and Numbers open it directly.
