A daily scan of AI answers with every change tagged
The Daily scan tab is a day strip of every scan Proofsource ran for your brand: how many runs each day, how many answers named you, and tags for what changed. A where-you-stand overview sits on top, changes inside statistical noise are marked so you do not chase them, and alert rules tell you when a drop, rise or move happens. For teams that want a steady read, not a one-off audit.

Daily AI visibility monitoring, explained
AI answers change daily. Engines update their indexes, re-rank sources, and give different answers to the same question on different runs. A single scan is a snapshot that can mislead in either direction. Daily monitoring asks the same buyer questions on a schedule, so you see the trend and can tell a real shift from a random one.
The hard part is reading the result. Daily numbers wobble. If 14 of 48 answers named you yesterday and 12 of 48 today, that is probably noise. If a competitor jumps from 10 to 30 after publishing a comparison page, that is news. Good monitoring tells you which is which.
Proofsource's Daily scan shows a strip of days, each with its runs, the count of answers that named you, and tags for what changed. Changes inside statistical noise carry a within-noise marker. Older history rolls into weekly cells after 90 days. Alert rules notify you on drops, rises or moves, and the scan state is always explicit: scheduled, due, paused, missed or idle.
How it works
A day-by-day strip of AI answer scans: runs per day, how many answers named you, what changed, and rules that alert you when visibility drops or rises.
Scans run on schedule
Your buyer questions are asked on every engine your plan covers each day.
See where you stand
An overview on top, then a strip of days with runs and named counts.
Read the change tags
Each day is tagged with what changed, such as a new competitor or a lost question.
Ignore the noise
Changes inside statistical noise are marked so you can skip them.
Get alerted
Set rules to be told when visibility drops, rises or moves.

Questions about daily scan of AI answers
How often does Proofsource scan?
Daily on up to 10 AI engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI, depending on your plan. History older than 90 days is shown in weekly cells.
What does within noise mean?
It means the change is small enough that it could be random variation between runs. Proofsource marks it so you do not act on it.
Can I get alerted?
Yes. Add rules for drops, rises or moves, and pause, resume or remove them any time. Alerts can reach email and Slack.
What happens if a scan is missed?
The Daily scan tab says so plainly with a missed panel. It never shows an old number as today's.
What time zone are days in?
Days are shown in UTC so every team member sees the same day boundaries.
How is this different from a one-off audit?
An audit is one snapshot. Daily scans show trends, separate noise from real change, and show whether a fix worked.
