What is an AI agent dashboard?
Once a team runs more than a few agents, the hard question is no longer how to build one but what they are all doing. An agent dashboard answers that: which agents are working right now, which are waiting for a person, which failed and why, and what each one costs. A run trace answers the follow-up question, what exactly happened in one run.
In Proofsource, the Agents page shows every agent as a card or a row with a status badge, its type and who created it. A glance at the top sums up state, last step, next run and credits this week. Each agent has its own page: rename it inline, run it now, edit its schedule, and read its run history.
Open a run to see its trace: each step in order with what it received, what it produced, how long it took and the credits it used. When a run pauses for your approval it shows Waiting on you, so nothing that needs a person gets lost among the agents that run alone.

Questions about AI agent dashboard and run trace
What states can an agent be in?
Working, waiting on you, failed or idle. An agent is also either published, meaning a frozen version can run, or unpublished.
What does the run trace show?
Every step of the run in order, with its status, how long it took, what it handed to the next step and the credits it used.
Can I see what my agents cost?
Yes. The glance shows credits this week, each run shows its credits, and the trace shows credits per step.
How often can I run an agent by hand?
Run now starts a run straight away, at most once an hour per agent. Scheduled runs follow the schedule you set.
What happens when a run pauses for approval?
The agent shows Waiting on you. The run keeps its place and continues when you approve, or stops when you request changes.
Can I move an agent to another workspace?
Yes. Export the agent definition as a file and import it in the other workspace to recreate it.
What happens to agents in a folder I delete?
The agents inside are kept. Only the folder is removed.
Is there an API for agents?
Yes. You can start runs, read their progress and read the agent summary through the Proofsource API.
