Those numbers join your Trustpilot, Google and other ratings on one Reviews screen, so a dip in eBay trust shows up before an AI engine repeats it. How to join early access
Join early access
Tell us you want eBay. Once we turn it on for your workspace, the eBay card shows in Integrations, under Marketplaces.
Choose the brand, then connect
Pick the brand whose seller account you want to read and choose Connect with eBay. Connections belong to a brand, not to the whole workspace.
Approve read-only access
Sign in to eBay and approve. Proofsource stores the resulting tokens encrypted and refreshes them for you.
See it on Reviews
Your seller rating appears on Reviews from the next rating check. Disconnect from the same card whenever you like.

Can I connect eBay to Proofsource today?
Not yet. eBay is in early access, so the card is not open to connect. Nothing is stored about your account until you connect it.
What will Proofsource read from my eBay account?
Proofsource will read the feedback score and positive feedback percentage on your own eBay seller account. It does not read buyer details, orders or messages.
Will Proofsource change anything in my store?
No. The connection is read-only. Proofsource cannot edit listings, prices, orders or customer messages, and it only reads the rating when a rating check runs.
Why does a marketplace rating matter for AI visibility?
AI engines draw on review sites and marketplaces when buyers ask which brand to trust. A strong seller rating is a signal worth knowing about, and a weak one is a problem your team can fix before an engine repeats it. Proofsource shows the score next to the other places engines read about you.
How will I disconnect it once it opens?
Open Integrations, find the eBay card for the brand and choose Disconnect. The stored connection is removed, and the rating stops updating on the Reviews screen.
What does early access mean for eBay?
It means we switch eBay on for your workspace on request rather than for everyone at once. Ask for it, and we tell you when the eBay card is ready to connect.
