What is a shareable AI visibility report?
A shareable AI visibility report is a report about how AI answer engines describe a brand that can be sent as a link and read by anyone, with no tool account. Teams use them because the people who need to see AI search results, such as executives, clients, investors or the sales team, rarely log into marketing tools.
The link has to be safe as well as easy. That means it should be unlisted so search engines never index it, it should be possible to protect it with a password or an end date, and it should be possible to switch it off. It should also be frozen to one report, so a reader who opens it next week sees what you sent, not something that changed underneath.
In Proofsource, every generated report gets one such link. Readers see the full report with its quoted answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and other AI engines, a viewer for the answers themselves, a present mode for meetings and a PDF download. You keep control from the report history, where you can see opens, set a password or expiry and revoke the link.

Questions about shareable AI visibility report link
Does the person I share with need a Proofsource account?
No. The link opens the full report directly, with no sign-in, on any device.
Can I protect a shared report with a password?
Yes. You can add an optional password and an optional expiry date to any report link, and you can revoke the link at any time.
Will Google index my shared report?
No. Shared report links are unlisted and are kept out of search engine indexes.
If my numbers change, does the shared link change too?
No. Each link is frozen to the report it was made for. A new report gets a new link, so readers always see what you sent.
Can readers download a PDF or present the report?
Yes. A slim bar at the top of the shared page has Present mode for meetings and a PDF download.
Does the shared report include ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and other AI engines answers?
Yes. The shared report covers every engine your plan tracks, up to 10, and readers can open the quoted answers behind each finding.
Can I see whether someone opened the report?
Yes. Report history shows how many times each link was opened and when it was last opened.
How is this different from Peec or Rankscale share links?
Both share live dashboards well. Proofsource shares a finished, frozen report with quoted answers, and adds a password, expiry date, present mode and PDF download on the link itself.
