A work board for AI visibility fixes, across every client
The Proofsource work board is where an agency delivers AI visibility work for its clients. Tasks born from fixes carry their draft, each task opens on its own playbook page with a check of what AI looks for, and a client review column asks the client to approve. Finishing a fix task dates the fix as shipped so its effect on answers in every engine your plan covers can be checked.

What is an AI visibility work board?
An AI visibility work board is a task board for the changes that make AI assistants name a brand: a comparison page, a pricing FAQ, a schema fix, a correction to a review site. It differs from a generic task board because each task is tied to the buyer questions it should win and to the check that proves it did.
Agencies often track this work in a project tool that knows nothing about AI answers, then rebuild the evidence by hand for the report. The task, the draft and the proof live in different places.
In Proofsource, tasks born from fixes carry their draft and open on a playbook page with steps and a pre-send check of what AI looks for. A client review column sends work to the client for approval. When a fix task is finished, the fix is dated as shipped, and a ship check confirms it is live, so the same questions can be asked again and the result shown to the client.
How it works
A work board for AI visibility fixes across clients: tasks born from fixes carry their draft, playbooks per fix, client review, timeline and workload.
Fixes become tasks
Each fix lands on the board with its draft attached.
Open the playbook
The task page shows steps, the draft and how many of the things AI looks for are covered.
Client review
Move the task to Client review and the client approves it in their portal.
Ship and date it
Finishing the task dates the fix as shipped; a check confirms it is live.
Prove it
The questions it targeted are asked again, and the result shows in the client's report.
