What is a white-label AI visibility app?
A white-label AI visibility app lets an agency deliver AI search tracking and fixes under its own brand. The client sees the agency's name, address and colors, not the software vendor's. Some tools offer branded PDF reports or shareable links; a full white-label app goes further and serves the working dashboard itself on the agency's domain.
Proofsource does the full version. In Settings, Branding you set the workspace name, logo, accent color and custom domain. On that address the whole app wears your color, the favicon and browser titles use your name, and the sign-in page shows your logo. Every Proofsource surface is hidden on that address, so nothing slips through.
Client logins get a trimmed interface that lands on their AI visibility view, with settings limited to Profile and Appearance, plus Billing when their brand pays your agency price. People who are not members of your agency are signed out of your address with a plain notice, and older client sessions on our address move to yours automatically.

Can I run Proofsource on my agency's own domain?
Yes. Add a custom domain in Settings, Branding and the full app, sign-in and client views are served there.
Will my clients see the Proofsource name?
On your address, Proofsource marks are hidden. The app shows your agency's name, logo, favicon and color.
What can a client login see?
A client login sees its own brand or client group, read-only, and lands on its AI visibility view. Its settings show Profile and Appearance, plus Billing if its brand pays your agency price.
Can emails come from my domain?
Yes. Verify a sending domain and agency emails are sent from it.
What happens if someone who is not a member visits my address?
They are signed out with a plain notice. Only your agency's members and client logins can use your address.
Do clients need a password?
