How do I connect Search Console or GA4?
- In the app, open Integrations and choose the Search & analytics tab.
- Pick Google Search Console or Google Analytics 4 and sign in with Google. Access is read-only.
- Open Organic search to see search reach next to your AI visibility.
Search Console also feeds question ranking: non-branded queries your own visitors typed help decide which buyer questions are tracked first. How data is stored is on Security.
Which alerts does Proofsource send, and where?
Three kinds of moment, and each channel gets only the kinds you pick:
- A daily digest, sent only on days something changed.
- Instant alerts, sent when a change clears its 95% interval rather than on every wobble.
- Milestones, such as the first time an engine names you or a new high in your visibility.
They arrive by email and in the app's notification feed, and can also go to one Slack channel, a Microsoft Teams channel through a Workflows webhook, or a URL you run. Webhooks are signed and send digest.daily, alert.created, milestone.reached and test.ping events, with retries, a delivery log and a Send test button. Alert rules are part of a plan, not the free trial. More on Alerts.
How do I share results with people who have no account?
- Open Share Report in the app and click Generate brief for the selected brand.
- Preview which sections have real data before anyone sees it.
- Create a public share link. Add a password or an expiry if you want one.
- Send the link. You can see how often it was opened, and revoke it at any time.
On a paid plan each brand also gets a scheduled brief, emailed to a recipient on the plan's cadence, which you can pause or resume under Scheduled briefs.
