How do I start a Proofsource fix from my own code?

Send POST /v1/missions with what you want fixed and you get a plan back, with nothing started. Send its plan_id and that exact plan starts. When the fix reaches its goal, a signed mission.proven webhook tells your system, and GET /v1/missions/{id}/receipt returns the proof.

Veelgestelde vragen

Can a fix start by accident from the API?

No. A POST with ask only plans; the fix starts when you send that plan's plan_id, and a plan can be started once. Retries with the same Idempotency-Key replay the first answer instead of starting a second fix.

Does the API show what a fix costs?

No cost field is in any fixes response. Starting a fix holds its credits first, as it does in the app.

Which webhook events are there for fixes?

mission.proven, sent once when a fix reaches its goal, to every webhook that chose Milestones. The other webhook types are digest.daily, alert.created, milestone.reached and test.ping.

Can I use the same key for the Reports API?

Yes. One key reads /v2/reports and, with the write scope, starts fixes on /v1/missions.
